The United States Intelligence Community (USIC) has developed specialized Financial Management processes to manage agency programs and financial resources in support of the National Security Strategy enforcing compliance with policy directives. 

Our consummate professionals collaborate with the Office of the Director of National Intelligence (ODNI) Intelligence Planning, Programming, Budgeting and Execution, and Evaluation (IPPBE) process that identifies requirements and allocates resources that “shape and sustain” Intelligence Community capabilities using National Intelligence Program (NIP) funding. We also support Intelligence Community Resource Management with preparation for the Intelligence Program Budget Submission (IPBS) and the Congressional Budget Justification Book (CBJB). 

Our analysis includes the evaluation of performance measures, reporting mechanisms, and policy compliance. This analysis enables data-driven strategic planning for our customer’s programs covering all CONUS and OCONUS locations. Our success is led by our customer-centric Project and Program Management practices, prioritizing stakeholders’ interests with a focus on communication.
